Taking the Fear Out of Cockleshell Knitting Workshop - Arrange your Own Class

In this class you will learn to knit the Cockleshell pattern. This is a very popular motif in Shetland lace knitting and can be daunting for some. We will take it stitch by stitch and row by row so you can achieve success! We will practice on swatches today, look at choosing colours and practice garter stitch grafting. You will go home with a pattern for a cockleshell scarf and the skills, knowledge and confidence to complete it! 

This is a 3 hour class and includes tea, coffee and cake. This class can be arranged for 4 - 12 people. For a larger class, I will arrange an additional tutor.

All materials are provided and needles can be borrowed for the class.
