Delivery
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Providing your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch your items within five working days. If an item ordered is not in stock, we will email you to discuss options.
UK orders standard delivery charge is £4.95. Overseas orders within the EU are £7.95. For all other orders, world wide shipping charges are £10.95. Alternatively we can send internationally using a signed for service at £17.95 but please note this service is offered for security of postage and not speed.
Refunds and Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If not, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt and undamaged, with all tags still in place and in the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please notify us within 7 days upon receipt if you intend to return the goods. If you fail to contact us within that 7 day period, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
We cannot be responsible for the cost of return of goods, unless they are faulty. In any event, we suggest you keep proof of posting.
