Part of my Hentilagets project that aimed to honour the women who created the Shetland Lace patterns while also running the crofts. I used patterns that had names linked to the Shetland crofting environment.

Here you can see the Tree of Life pattern, the Braand Iron lace pattern and the candlelight middle pattern.
