Part of my Hentilagets project that aimed to honour the women who created the Shetland Lace patterns while also running the crofts. I used patterns that had names linked to the Shetland crofting environment.

Lace knitting integrated into Croft House Wall. Designed to show the importance of knitting to Shetland's survival.
