"I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Mindful Makkin class. How peaceful it was to slow down, appreciate the feel the yarn and needles in the hands, hear the birds chirping and the breeze rustling through the leaves, and for a bit, to let time stand still. Truly, it was the best way to start my day."
Mindful Makkin is a term I've given to knitting in a mindful way. It helps you get in touch with your knitting in a relaxing and non-judgemental way. You can discover the joy in each knitted stitch as you practice simple rhythmic knitting techniques. Each week you will be given simple instructions to follow.
The creations are easy to replicate without a pattern and can help you relax and unwind.
The emphasis is on repetitive easy to remember patterns to enable your engage with the process and focus less on the product. To aid your memory and help your future Mindful Makkin you will receive an ebook with the collection of Mindful Makkin patterns and exercises.
